Nismo has released its Performance Package for the partially updated Nissan Elgrand.
Similar to other Nismo models, this Performance Package for the Elgrand is equipped with improved aerodynamics and driving stability cultivated from Nismo's racing activity.
This Performance Package comes available in a A kit and B kit. The A kit is a full kit which includes tuning to the on-board computer for better engine performance, alongside a full aero kit. The B kit has been designed for better aerodynamics and driving performance, and it consists of aluminum wheels, muffler and suspension, in addition to its aero kit.
On top of that, Nismo has also released its Aero Package which comes with aluminum wheels and aero kit as a set. They’ve prepared a lineup of products to fulfill different needs.
The Elgrand is significantly more comfortable and safer, at more than double the price. It’s also very capable in the face of its more popular competition. Despite it being essentially a square box on the interior, Nissan has managed to trim it properly so it doesn’t feel like you’re sitting in an empty van. Although it physically looks smaller, the Elgrand is actually longer and wider than the Alphard, with a 3,000 mm wheelbase compared to the Alphard’s 2,950 mm. The Alphard looks bigger because of its taller height at 1,905 mm versus the Elgrand’s 1,815 mm. Naturally, the fact that it is taller translates to the Alphard having greater headroom inside, so it might be easier to walk around in the cabin.
