All New Honda Air-Blade

Honda Air Blade is Vietnam production. And interestingly, the Air Blade just got an upgrade to the power source. The engine now use the same engine as the Honda Vario Techno 125 in Indonesia, or the base engine is taken from the Honda PCX 125 earlier. Carrying 124.8 cc engine with 57.9 mm and diameter measures 52.4 mm pistons. Power engine that has a compression ratio of 11:1 and has been injection PGM-FI is 8.2 kW at 8,500 rpm. Similar to the Honda Vario Techno 125.

The second characteristic that makes this bike is the same engine ACG starter application. The starter is different from the conventional starter motor since merged with the generator. So do not be surprised if the idling stop system also features embedded in this 2013 version of the Air Blade.

Besides idling stop system, this bike is equipped with projector-type bulbs, not just one but two split right and left. In the rear lights, decorated with bright LED light beam. Go to the indicator panel in the speedometer, in addition to standard tools such as pointer speed, odometer, fuel information is also equipped with a digital clock and periodic service guide. On this panel there is also an alarm indicator. There have been exactly as alarm mounted on the PCX 150. To operate it can be done via the key.

In the trunk, a fairly wide to fit the helmet. In addition it comes to lighting the torch lighting luggage. Tank cap is not placed under the seat but in the middle of the body, so we do not need down to refuel.

For safety, there remains a standard automatic side off the engine when it is opened. In addition, the combi brake system is also a standard feature. For design, this bike is more than gambot Vario Techno 125, in addition to the application sokbraker double rear so the main attraction.

Honda Wave Dash aka New Honda Blade 125!

The new bikes, which feature sporty aerodynamics, styling and performance, are set to raise the bar in the mid-size cub segment of the local market Malaysia. In Indonesia this cub is called Honda Blade.

http://adityasuryaworld.blogspot.com/2014/03/honda-wave-dash-aka-honda-blade.html

“The Wave Dash are inspired by Honda Racing’s rich heritage in motorsports and are targeted at customers who want a bike that stands out. Furthermore, the Wave Dash R is available in a luminous orange with Respol Honda’s trademark styling,” said Mr Satoshi Okada, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Boon Siew Honda.

He said the new Wave Dash is built on four cornerstones – Dashing, Advanced Style, Sporty and High-Performance – and offers an adrenaline-filled ride while maintaining excellent fuel economy, affordability, reliability and durability.

More importantly, the Wave Dash feature tubeless tyres – a first for Honda Cubs – for improved safety.

“Another attraction is the inclusion of double-disk brakes for the Wave Dash R, which is a first for the 110 cc segment,” Mr Okada said.

Winning Performance

Both the Wave Dash R and S are powered by an advanced 4-stroke 110cc engine that produces a maximum horsepower of 6.18kW (8.39PS) at 7,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 8.15 Nm (0.83kgf.m) at 5,500rpm, while maintaining Honda’s excellent fuel-efficiency standards. But issues surrounding in Indonesia Honda Blade is becoming 125cc Fi engine. We just wait and see, hope Astra Honda Motor will produce the 125cc engine.

http://adityasuryaworld.blogspot.com/2014/03/honda-wave-dash-aka-honda-blade.html

Moreover, the new Wave Dash’ gearing ratios offer a smooth performance and excellent ride characteristics. The engine is also compliant with EURO 2 standards for low CO2 emissions.

 Class-leading Safety Standards

Safety isn’t compromised either in the new Wave Dash as both feature 17-inch durable tubeless tyres. The tubeless tyres prevent the sudden dissipation of air in the unfortunate event of a tyre puncture, which in turn allows the rider to safely bring the bike to a stop.

Additionally, the new Wave Dash R is equipped with double disc brakes which offer superior braking performance during emergencies or other unfavourable conditions. The new Wave Dash S is equipped with a single disc brake.

Motorsport-inspired Styling

Both the Wave Dash R and S feature motorsport-inspired aesthetics to truly reflect the exciting and dynamic ride the bikes have to offer. The new Wave Dash features a new stylish white halogen headlight that makes the bike hard to miss while on the move or at a standstill.

In addition, a distinctive crystal eyeline winker design and bright illuminated tail light with multi-reflectors enhance the visibility of the new Wave Dash for trailing motorists while raising the bike’s sporty presence on the street.

The sporty design also extends to a wide-angled multi-function speedometer with a clear display, 3D leg shields which improves aerodynamics and protects the rider from road debris, sporty exhaust muffler, exhaust heat shield and five-spoke sport rims.

The Wave Dash R and S are available in Vivacity Red, Pearl Magellanic Black, Luminous Orange and Force Silver Metallic while the Repsol Honda-inspired Luminous Orange is exclusively available for the Wave Dash R. The showroom price for Wave Dash S is priced at RM5,029.00 while the Wave Dash R is priced at RM5,289.00 and the Wave Dash Repsol design is RM5,419.00. Both come with a two year or 20,000 km manufacturing warranty. Android Wear From Google

On Tuesday, Google announced Android Wear, a version of Android for smartwatches and possibly other wearable devices. The hardware isn’t coming until next quarter, and we haven’t seen the software in action on a working prototype. But if Google’s documentation reflects reality, this is the closest we’ve come to what a smartwatch should be.

Some pundits are saying Android Wear is basically Google Now on a smartwatch, but that analysis misses the big picture. While Google’s virtual assistant software can be helpful if you’re waiting on a package or heading to the airport, it’s dormant most of the time. A smartwatch that focused on Google Now would be dull and useless for most people.

The real key to Android Wear is how it hooks into existing smartphone apps through notifications and voice controls. Compared to other smartwatches on the market now, Android Wear is miles ahead.

Push(ing) Notifications

For years, the groundwork for Android Wear has been in place thanks to the way Android handles notifications. When you get a notification on an Android phone, you can do more than just open the corresponding app. Android lets you take action straight from the notification area, so you can send a quick response to a text message, delete an unwanted e-mail, return a missed call or control music playback, all without opening the app itself.

Those actionable notifications will play a major role in Android Wear. By swiping to the left of any notification, you’ll see more information and potential actions, such as a list of canned text message responses, directions to your meeting or a check-in option for your upcoming flight. These are the same actions that appear when you expand a notification on an Android phone. And while developers will be able to add more actions or pages specifically for smartwatches, the basic work is already done.

Even the way Android displays notifications ties in nicely to Android Wear. When you have lots of unread notifications on an Android phone, each one becomes a small snippet to conserve space. If you want a larger summary, you can expand any notification by pinching outward. But on Android Wear, the larger summary appears by default, taking up the entire screen, and you can swipe up or down to move between notifications. Having a larger view of notifications makes sense on a smartwatch, and again, it doesn’t require much extra work from developers because the capability is already built into Android proper.

Giving Apps a Voice

At the same time, Google is looking to give more power to existing Android apps through voice commands. The documentation here isn’t as clear, but apparently users will be able to speak a command into the watch, and have a third-party app of their choice carry out the appropriate action. For example, you might want to play an artist in Pandora instead of Google Play Music, or send a message in WhatsApp instead of Hangouts. Some of these functions already exist in Android proper, though it’s possible that Google will expand them with Android Wear.

The key takeaway from all these features is that they require no setup by the user and no mandatory work by the app developer. Everything’s tied into the apps you’re already using on your phone.

That isn’t the case with existing smartwatches. Pebble, for example, requires downloading a setup app on your phone and then using it to load individual apps onto the watch. Those apps are often more trouble than they’re worth. And while Pebble can display notifications from any smartphone app, it can’t let you take action on those notifications, and it doesn’t format them in an intelligent way. It’s a clunky system.

Google’s system is different. Instead of building a new set of smartwatch apps, Google is tapping into the huge library of existing Android apps and pulling out just the parts that make sense for smartwatches — that is, actionable notifications and voice controls. It’s not just Google Now on a watch, but a way of pulling the entirety of Android into a Google Now-like system. Whether that’s by design or by happy accident, it will make competition difficult for any company that doesn’t control its own platform.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 The Movie

The archetypal battle between good and evil continues on Good Friday when Spider-Man goes head to head with two of his greatest foes in The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

A new two minute trailer for the forthcoming film, which gives Andrew Garfield his second outing as the character, gives fans a brief taste of what to expect when the film goes on general release – including a look at the new and improved Green Goblin in action.

It also highlights the friendship shared by unassuming Peter Parker and Harry Osborn – the former boarding school pal who eventually assumes the identity of his arch enemy.

Osborn, played by Dane DeHaan, returns a decade after their last meeting to inform his old friend that OsCorp – the military research and experimental science corporation created by his wealthy businessman father Norman – has him under surveillance.

‘I once told you that secrets have a cost… well the truth does too,’ Aunt May Parker, played by Sally Field, tells a confused Peter after he admits that ‘nothing is what it seems.’

As Spider-Man, Parker faces two of his toughest foes in The Green Goblin and Magneto, played by Jamie Foxx, and the three engage in a series of CGI enhanced mid-air clashes across a rubble strewn downtown New York.

A welcome return: Andrew Garfield returns as Peter Parker in the new film from the reinvigorated franchise

The new trailer promises plenty of action as the enduringly popular character faces off in an explosive second installment in the reinvigorated franchise.

‘You wanted to be the hero, now you gotta pay the price,’ growls Magneto as Spider-Man is thrown like a rag doll around Times Square by Rhino - played by Paul Giamatti.

The film gives DeHaan another chance to play a sociopathic character who systematically abuses his superhuman powers after playing Andrew in 2012 science fiction drama Chronicle.

It also sees character Giamatti tread unfamiliar ground as an arch-nemesis – albeit one who comic writer Mike Conroy once referred to as ‘one of Spider-Man’s dimmest villains’ – and his slow-witted Russian alter-ego, Aleksei Sytsevich.

Other guest appearance in the film include Chris Cooper as Norman, Campbell Scott as Richard Parker and Emma Stone, Garfield’s real life girlfriend – who returns as Gwen Stacy.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set for release in the UK on April 18 and May 2 in the United States.

Flight MH 370 Still Missing

Countless theories have surfaced about the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 nearly two weeks ago.

Some are plausible, some are downright absurd. There is, unfortunately, no clear answer as the families of the 239 passengers and crew — and the rest of the world — wait in agony. Even the most logical hypotheses about what happened to the 209-foot-long Boeing 777 have holes. No scenario solves this mystery.

— MALICIOUS PILOT ACTION

Investigators are looking at the histories of Capt. Zaharie Ahmad Shah, 53, who has been flying for Malaysia Airlines since 1981 and co-pilot Fariq Abdul Hamid, 27, who just started flying a 777. Zaharie had built his own flight simulator at home, unusual but not out of the norm. Many aviation enthusiasts have similar setups; one Los Angeles flight attendant recreated a Pan Am first class cabin in his garage. Investigators are now trying to restore files deleted from that simulator.

Why suspect the pilots? The plane’s transponder stopped signaling its location to air-traffic controllers and other planes at the perfect moment: the handoff from Malaysia’s controllers to those in Vietnam. In the final radio contact from the plane, the co-pilot told Malaysian controllers “All right, good night.” Vietnamese controllers were never contacted and the transponder shut off. The plane abruptly turned and then kept flying for up to seven hours.

The way several key communication and tracking devices in the cockpit were disabled — at different times — also places suspicion on the pilots.

The idea of pilots using a plane to commit suicide and mass murder is scary, taboo within the industry but not unprecedented. A SilkAir crash in 1997 and an EgyptAir crash in 1999 are both believed to have been the result of deliberate actions by pilots.

— TERRORIST HIJACKING

This theory was prominent early on after it was discovered that two Iranians on board — one 18, the other 28 — were traveling on stolen passports. Investigators haven’t found anything linking either to terror groups; it is believed they were trying to illegally immigrate to Europe.

Ever since 9/11, it’s much harder for an unauthorized person to enter the cockpit. Cockpit doors have been reinforced and procedures have been put in place to ensure nobody gains entry when a pilot exits. And passengers and crew have shown a willingness to confront anyone trying to take over or damage a plane.

Could someone have been allowed into the cockpit? It’s against protocol, but does happen. Back in 2011, Flight 370’s co-pilot and another pilot invited two women boarding their aircraft to sit in the cockpit for an international flight. During the journey, the pilots smoked and flirted, one of the women said this month.

Still, no credible group has taken credit for the disappearance and intelligence agencies say they haven’t noticed any chatter in terrorist circles regarding the jet.

— SUDDEN CATASTROPHE

Aviation experts initially suspected that something sudden and horrific happened. Perhaps a bomb on board, or some type of failure with the engines or airframe. But if that were the case, debris would have been found in the spot where the transponder went off. Also, the Boeing 777 has just one crash in its 19-year history — last year’s Asiana Airlines crash in San Francisco. If there was a sudden breakup, pieces of the plane would have been visible on radar.

— FIRE

An electrical fire, or perhaps a fire from hazardous cargo, could have knocked out communications equipment and prevented crewmembers and passengers from calling for help. Some people have speculated that smoke incapacitated the pilots. It’s possible, but flight attendants and passengers would have had time to try to enter the cockpit and take control of the plane.

— DECOMPRESSION

A slow or sudden decompression, causing a loss of oxygen, could have killed everyone on board. If oxygen levels dropped, a loud, automated warning would have alerted the pilots to put on their oxygen masks and immediately descend below 10,000 feet, where there is enough oxygen to breathe without aid.

If the plane depressurized and killed its occupants, which happened on golfer Payne Stewart’s business jet in 1999, that would explain the silence from crew and passengers. But aviation experts say in that case, the plane should have kept flying automatically toward Beijing and been visible on radar.

— HIDDEN PLANE

It’s possible that somebody landed the plane at some remote airport and is hiding it from the world. Maybe they want to hold the passengers hostage, although nobody has taken responsibility or demanded a ransom. Maybe there was something of value in the cargo hold — and this was the world’s most elaborate robbery. Maybe terrorists have the plane and plan to load it with jet fuel and explosives and use it as a missile in the future.

Those scenarios all have holes. A very skilled pilot would have to land the plane at a small airport that normally doesn’t accommodate 777s. They might have had to land in the dark, without normal navigation aids to assist. And they would have to dodge several nations’ radar systems, though some have suggested that it stealthily flew in another jet’s shadow.

Yet it’s hard to rule out anything. It took Thailand’s government 10 days to acknowledge that it spotted what might have been Flight 370 on its radar. Governments aren’t necessarily open to sharing all their information, especially when it comes to their military radar capabilities.

But why go to all the trouble of stealing a commercial jet? A cargo plane would be easier to steal.

— ACCIDENTAL SHOOT-DOWN

Civilian aircraft have been unintentionally shot down by a country’s military. In July 1988, the United States Navy missile cruiser USS Vincennes accidently shot down an Iran Air flight, killing all 290 passengers and crew. In September 1983, a Korean Air Lines flight was shot down by a Russian fighter jet. There is no evidence that Flight 370 was brought down by a government entity.

Rob The Mob The Movie

Rob the Mob is an upcoming American crime drama film directed by Raymond De Felitta and written by Jonathan Fernandez. The film stars Michael Pitt, Andy García, Ray Romano, Aida Turturro, Frank Whaley, Michael Rispoli and Joseph R. Gannascoli.

A couple targets the Mafia for heists and stumbles upon something big at an underground club. Michael Pitt ("Boardwalk Empire," Seven Psychopaths), Tony Award® winner Nina Arianda (Midnight in Paris, Broadway’s "Venus in Fur"), Academy Award® nominee Andy Garcia (The Godfather: Part III, Ocean’s Twelve) and Emmy® winner Ray Romano ("Everybody Loves Raymond," "Parenthood") star in Rob the Mob, a thrilling and poignant crime-thriller about two lovers whose audacious heists of Mafia social clubs result in a discovery that could forever change the face of organized crime in America. Directed by Oscar® nominee Raymond De Felitta (City Island, Two Family House) and produced by William Teitler (What Maisie Knew, The Polar Express) the film is based on the true story of Thomas and Rosemarie Uva.

New York City, 1991. Small-time crooks TOMMY (Pitt) and ROSIE (Arianda) have two things in common: a crazy-passionate love for one another and—after they’re caught robbing a florist on Valentine’s Day—prison records. Trying to go straight, Rosie lands a job at a debt-collection agency and persuades Tommy to join her. But soon Tommy is skipping his shifts to do something much more interesting—attend the landmark trial of Gambino-family boss John Gotti, where Mafia hit man Sammy "The Bull" Gravano provides graphic testimony that could finally bring down the flamboyant mob kingpin.

Tommy’s fascination with the mob is deeply personal; when he was a boy, he saw his father suffer a brutal beating at the hands of local gangsters. So when he hears Sammy name a Mafia-owned social club where no guns are permitted, he has an idea: Why not rob the joint? And so begins a series of Bonnie-and-Clyde-style stickups of mob hangouts around the city, with Tommy wielding an Uzi and Rosie driving the beat-up getaway car. The brazen daylight raids net enough cash for the lovers to move in together, taking their fiery romance to the next level. They also draw the attention of the FBI and veteran mob reporter JERRY CARDOZO (Romano), who splashes their unlikely story across the front page of the paper. But while the attacks enrage the mob, reclusive crime-family head BIG AL FIORELLO (Garcia) orders his men only to scare the couple. After all, he says, eagles don’t kill flies.

It’s a decision Big Al will come to regret. During one of their heists, Tommy and Rosie stumble upon a Mafia secret so closely guarded that rank-and-file mobsters don’t even know of its existence. To the Feds, it’s the smoking gun they’ve been looking for—a key to dismantling New York’s already-faltering crime syndicate once and for all. To Big Al, it’s the high cost of his earlier leniency—a mistake he quickly moves to correct. For Tommy and Rosie, caught between the law and a mob contract, the future depends on who gets to them first.

Divergent The Movie

Divergent is an upcoming British science fiction action film directed by Neil Burger, based on the novel of the same name by Veronica Roth. The film is produced by Lucy Fisher, Pouya Shabazian and Douglas Wick, with a screenplay by Evan Daugherty and Vanessa Taylor. It stars Shailene Woodley, Theo James, Zoë Kravitz, Ansel Elgort, Maggie Q, Mekhi Phifer, Jai Courtney, Miles Teller, and Kate Winslet. The story takes place in a dystopian post-apocalyptic version of London, UK. Divergent is scheduled to be released on March 21, 2014 in the United Kingdom.

In March 2011, Summit Entertainment picked up the rights from for Divergent with Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher's production company Deadboat Entertainment.Neil Burger was announced as the director on August 23, 2012. Evan Daugherty, who co-wrote the screenplay with Vanessa Taylor, said, "I get hung up on the toughness of the movie but of equal importance is the love story between Tris and Four. It's inherently and inextricably linked to Tris' character journey. There will be plenty of sexual tension and chemistry, but it's important that all of that stuff doesn't just feel like it's thrown in, but that it all helps Tris grow as a character.

"Daugherty further added, "It's tricky because the book is a very packed read with a lot of big ideas. So, distilling that into a cool, faithful two-hour movie is challenging. Not only do you have to establish five factions, but you have to acknowledge that there's a sixth entity, which is the divergent, and you also have the factionless. So there's a world that really has to be built out for the big screen… the movie is going to do it a little more efficiently." Author Veronica Roth said about the script of the film: "Reading a script is a really interesting experience. I'd never read a script before. I was really impressed by how closely it stuck to the general plot line of the book."

Initially budget of the film was $40 million but later Lionsgate increased it to $80 million due to the success of The Hunger Games. Analyst Ben Mogil said, "Divergent is more similar to Hunger Games in that the company owns the underlying economics (i.e. production) and the budget (at $80mn) is more manageable

Divergent has received mixed reviews prior to its release. Film aggregator Rotten Tomatoes gives the film a 27% rating, with an average score of 5.8/10, based on reviews from 11 critics. Metacritic reported a score of 45/100 (citing "mixed or average reviews"), based on reviews from 4 critics. IGN's Matt Patches rated the movie a 5.8 out of 10, citing its similarities to other young adult films and contrived Dauntless plot line.

However, he praised lead actors Theo James and Shailene Woodley's performances, stating that they "...add personality and physicality to the limp script they're acting out." Forbes Magazine's Scott Mendelson echoed these sentiments, arguing that despite Woodley's excellent performance, the generic story reduced a large portion of the mythology to irrelevancy. Still, he stated that the film will please the novel's fanbase.
