Hot Topic Yamaha YZF-R250

As far as this rather poor picture show, the YZF-R250 shares quite a lot with the "R15" 150cc machine, as far as styling is concerned. However we like the fact that Yamaha has kept the aggressive lines and the racing looks, thus securing one of the key elements in the bike's future marketing.
Yamaha YZF-250 is a new motor that will carry the full fairing design is going to appear in Indonesia next year! For specifications of the engine, Yamaha unwilling to bear. Not the targeted market segment that carries the Honda CBR 250R single-cylinder engine. It means two-cylinder engine will be selected and applied to the new Yamaha sport bike.
Rumor has it that Yamaha have finally decided to use the lightweight Deltabox frame instead of the tubular one which was speculated before. Adding a cast aluminium swingarm to retain all the sporty stance of the bigger bikes should result in a bike with better steering and closer to the rivals' machines.
It's also a rumor that the new quarter-liter bike will use a DOHC power unit which will produce 30 HP or so. Scheduled for 2014, the Yamaha YZF-R250 should be a really good bike if it is to be used as a weapon against the Honda CBR250R or the small Ninja.
Well, the 250 cc 2-cylinder engine is also very possible new designed. After all, the 250 cc market is quite acceptable in many parts of the world especially Asia. Of any of these machines can be used as a motor sport new design options. Good for the Indonesian market as well as other countries.
Special motor sport 250 cc's, the Yamaha is believed to be still carrying the racing DNA that had been attached to the motor-bike is marketed in the country. Performance and design would be one advantage to compete with its competitors Ninja 250 injection.
